The speciality of La Maison De Blanche is the chiffon cake. This is a type of cake that consists of a very soft and extremely light sponge cake.

In Blanche's home town Taiwan, "Chiffon cake" is the most popular in Taiwan. Blanche grew up enjoying it and would like to share her delicious memories with you.

At La Maison De Blanche, the chiffon cakes are flavoured with seasonal fruit and covered with slightly sweet whipped cream. A pleasure to enjoy without any guilt.
